Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering — we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address.

If you are not in when delivery is attempted, the carrier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.
